The release contains Micro XNA improvements:
- a corrected game tick loop that does a much better job of calling Update() to the requested fixed rate, with Draw() calls when possible
- added limited primitives support through DrawUserPrimitives() (only supporting VertexPositionColor for points, lines, and triangles)
- added caching of texture sprite effects.
In addition, cleaned up the project itself, added a readme to explain Grommet and its structure.
