10 Micro XNA: Fixed game tick routine (again!) and this time I think I got it; added sime primative support (points, lines, and triangles) for vector graphics supporting VertexPositionColor; Added caching for texture sprite effects-slow at beginning of game, but speeds up with cache.

13 The Platformer example from the XNA Framework is very sensitive the frame rate--too slow and the collision detection breaks down. Made some changes to constants to make it barely work at low frame rates, but the collision detection routines really need to be rewritten for a proper fix.

12 Rewrote the game clock. Now it has the correct behaviour for fixed and variable frame rates. Also did some refactoring.

14 Changed a comparison in Log() as for some unknown reason the Tahoe-II thinks that 0.0 equals double.Epsilon. Shouldn't effect Log() accuracy(?).
